Medical advice, appointments, requests for scripts and referrals cannot be made via email and you will have to make an appointment.
Communications with patients via telephone must be conducted with appropriate regard to the Privacy and Confidentiality of the patient and their Health Information. Information regarding a Patient’s Health is strictly confidential, and this practice abides by a strict Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, and therefore no such information is disclosed. Patient results in most cases will not be discussed over the phone and an appointment is required.
The Doctor may not be able to take your call if they are consulting other patients and you may need to leave a message.
Emergency calls will be put through to the Doctor or Nurse. Should you have a less urgent matter please let our staff know and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible
