We kindly request that feedback—particularly complaints—be submitted in writing, rather than by phone. This ensures we can respond thoughtfully and thoroughly. Please include as much detail as possible, along with your name and contact number, so we can follow up appropriately or request further information if needed.

If you are not satisfied with our response or feel further support is needed, you may contact the Health Care Complaints Commission on 1800 043 159 for independent advice.
